On April 15, 2025, the Aurora—Oak Ridges—Richmond Hill All Candidates Debate was successfully held at the Oak Ridges Community Centre, drawing a full house of engaged residents eager to hear directly from their federal candidates.
We extend our thanks to Leah Taylor Roy (Liberal Party), Igor Tvorogov (People’s Party), and Tom Muench (Green Party) for attending and sharing their parties’ visions for the future of Canada. The evening featured a lively and respectful exchange of ideas, with candidates addressing the most pressing issues facing Canadians today — from housing affordability and public safety to health care, climate change, and economic development.
The debate gave voters a chance to compare platforms, ask meaningful questions, and hear how each party plans to build a thriving, inclusive, and sustainable Canada.
We also gratefully acknowledge our sponsors: Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and AVD Smart Solutions Ltd., and our partners: the Rotary Club of Richmond Hill, and the Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan Chinese Business Association (MRVCBA). And of course, thank you to everyone who attended and participated in this essential exercise in democracy.
